What you'll do

• Manage and mentor students in oral surgery and evaluate their clinical work
• establish procedures with the Specialty Care Unit Director
• coordinate educational goals and competencies
• complete administrative reports
• support student and patient safety
• supervise residents or fellows as needed
• provide indirect supervision of dental assistants
• teach didactic and laboratory instruction
• perform dental procedures as needed
• track student progress
• and participate in calibration and committee activities. Intermittent on-call and after-hours outreach may occur.
