What you'll do

• Perform physician-prescribed ultrasound procedures
• position and instruct patients
• obtain diagnostic images
• develop or process film and digital imaging
• submit examinations and preliminary reports to physicians
• operate and maintain portable ultrasound equipment
• assist physicians with ultrasound-guided biopsies and other procedures
• practice sterile techniques
• perform assigned patient-care tasks
• request charts and imaging as needed.
