What you'll do

• Manage sewer engineering design and consulting teams.
• Perform hydraulic and hydrologic calculations, utility plans, and technical specifications.
• Manage engineering projects including work delivery plans, budget, and schedule.
• Review engineering designs, bid packages, and RFPs.
• Assist in providing Program Management Services including CIP planning and budgeting.
• Oversee multiple consultants and contractors to execute work.
• Provide technical advisory services for large water and wastewater programs.
