What you'll do

• Lead hotel operations and financial performance
• recruit, train, coach, and develop the team
• ensure compliance with company policies and franchise standards
• manage labor, expenses, and budgets
• monitor performance metrics
• resolve guest concerns
• maintain cleanliness, safety, and property standards
• oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, purchasing, and reporting
• support local sales and marketing
• partner with the Area Director on budgets and plans.
