What you'll do

• Lead teams in providing exceptional guest experiences.

• Uphold Bojangles' quality and safety standards through proper cooking, product calls, temp logs, and waste management.
• Assist in creating and implementing plans for flawless execution of standards.
• Accept payments and make change correctly.
• Explain menu items and answer guest questions.
• Perform bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting (25+ lbs.
• as necessary).

What we're looking for

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Experience

Prior cash handling experience. Prior experience using Microsoft products.
