The part-time Security Shift Supervisor role is onsite at a management company site in Allston, MA. Starting pay is $25.50 per hour. The schedule is Sunday and Monday, 11 PM–7 AM. Allied Universal provides paid orientation and paid training. The supervisor coordinates security service delivery on an assigned shift and serves as a liaison among site leadership, operations management, and security officers. The role supports consistent service and guides officers through coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved limits.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate security services on the assigned shift
• act as liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager or Field Operations Manager, and security officers
• coach, recognize, and discipline assigned staff within approved empowerment range
• handle client-site situations calmly and professionally.
