What you'll do

• Develop DDIL strategies, architecture, and implementation roadmaps
• translate mission scenarios into technical requirements
• define identity, authorization, directory, credential, and data-protection capabilities for disconnected operation
• architect local identity and attribute services
• establish caching, expiration, revocation, and policy-update approaches
• design synchronization and reconnection
• assess data placement and protection
• develop architecture documentation and risk assessments
• guide prototypes and demonstrations
• coordinate with government stakeholders and engineering teams.
