What you'll do

• Lead institution-wide strategy for experiential learning, career development, employer engagement, and career readiness
• direct the O’Brien Center for Career & Professional Development and the Scammon Center for Experiential Learning
• develop shared priorities and success measures
• expand employer partnerships and student opportunities
• align career development with experiential learning and academic programs
• lead and develop staff
• monitor performance indicators and communicate outcomes to institutional leaders.
