What you'll do
- Lead site operations to meet occupancy, compliance, and financial goals
- oversee the resident lifecycle in accordance with CHA, HUD, LIHTC, and Fair Housing requirements
- manage budgets, expenses, and cost controls
- ensure work orders and preventive maintenance are handled
- lead rent collection and compliant lease enforcement
- prepare reports and audit documentation
- supervise on-site staff
- address resident concerns
- prepare for NSPIRE, REAC, and MOR inspections
- support resident engagement and community partnerships.
