What you'll do

• Maintain financial records and record transactions in QuickBooks
• reconcile bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
• prepare, pull, and track Department of Labor drawdowns
• create and maintain grant budgets
• prepare financial statements
• handle corporate and operational audits with the Department of Labor
• support payroll and HR-related items
• stay current on state and local tax laws
• handle sensitive information confidentially
• prioritize work by importance and deadlines.
