What you'll do

• Lead outside sales, inside sales, and after-sales technical support teams
• develop the annual sales plan, forecast, and budget with the President
• set sales goals and territory assignments
• coach and develop staff
• manage key account, distributor, dealer, and representative relationships
• recruit and support distributors and dealers
• review quotes, pricing, discounts, and terms
• participate in customer visits and product demonstrations
• oversee technical support and warranty issue resolution
• manage CRM use and sales KPIs
• monitor market and competitor trends
• coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Shipping and Receiving
• improve sales and support processes.
