The Machine Operator — Side Winder, Second Shift role is onsite in Freeport, IL. Compensation starts at $23 per hour. The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., with four to eight weeks of first-shift training before transitioning to second shift. The operator sets up, runs, and maintains side-winder machinery that winds materials onto bobbins, spools, or reels. The role supports production goals by monitoring equipment, adjusting processes, inspecting output, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
