Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative

The Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Port Saint Lucie, FL, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Compensation is $16.50–$17.50 per hour. The role supports a FASTSIGNS center by serving as a contact for customers seeking signage estimates and orders. The representative helps customers develop projects, prepares estimates and proposals, and follows orders through production, installation, or shipment. The role supports center sales and customer satisfaction through timely communication, lead follow-up, and coordination with staff and vendors.

• Respond to customer inquiries and incoming communications
• prepare estimates, proposals, and orders
• consultatively recommend products and services
• develop and follow up on leads
• track projects through completion
• communicate order status and schedule changes
• maintain the installation calendar and job workflow
• coordinate shipping and delivery
• support sales and marketing activities.
