• Lead and develop Replenishment Analysts
• manage inventory health, planning, replenishment, and logistics execution
• identify and mitigate out-of-stock risks and excess inventory
• monitor performance metrics
• partner with supply chain, commercial, and supplier teams
• improve replenishment processes
• coordinate new product introductions and projects
• manage purchase orders
• and report inventory risks and performance to leadership.
