Primary Therapist

The Primary Therapist role is onsite in Downers Grove, IL, with a stated salary range of $60,000–$65,000 per year. Skyway Behavioral Health provides intensive, whole-person behavioral health treatment focused on underlying causes of psychiatric disorders and traumatic stress. The therapist provides individual, family, and group treatment and works with patients and a multidisciplinary team across partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient care to support recovery and lasting change.

What you'll do

• Prepare and deliver group psychotherapy, including DBT and evidence-based trauma treatment
• provide individual and family therapy
• assess patients and risk as clinically indicated
• complete progress notes
• coordinate with outside providers and treatment teams
• participate in consultation meetings, supervision, and training
• provide DBT phone coaching as needed and during assigned hours
• support organizational initiatives and regulatory compliance.
