The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Long Branch, NJ, with compensation of $20.25–$27.00 per hour. Complete Care at Monmouth is hiring for its resident-care team, with all shifts available: 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 3 p.m.–11 p.m., and 11 p.m.–7 a.m. The CNA provides direct support with residents’ daily needs and helps maintain their dignity, independence, and well-being. The role works alongside nurses and fellow caregivers, observes and reports changes in condition, and documents care while following facility and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and other daily living activities
- help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- observe residents and communicate changes in condition to the nursing team
- complete accurate documentation and resident records
- promote dignity, independence, and emotional well-being
- follow state, federal, and facility regulations
- partner with nurses and fellow caregivers.

Why this role
Active, unrestricted CNA certification and current BLS/CPR certification are listed qualifications. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required; high school diploma or equivalent is required.
