• Perform routine building maintenance and minor machinery repairs

• inspect buildings and identify malfunctions and needed repairs
• perform minor electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and masonry work
• reconfigure and install modular office furniture and space
• work flexible hours as needed.
