What you'll do

• Recruit for clinic roles including medical assistants, radiologic technologists, and providers
• write and post openings
• source and screen candidates
• coordinate interviews
• extend offers and guide candidates through their start date
• partner with clinic and regional leaders on hiring priorities
• advise on interview practices and candidate quality
• build talent pipelines
• coordinate offer letters, background checks, and E-Verify
• hand off to onboarding and maintain candidate and new-hire data in Paycom.
