What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
• return clean items to storage
• sweep and mop floors
• clean dish machines and pot-and-pan areas
• dispose of garbage
• maintain carts, racks, and pails
• record dish machine temperatures and sanitizer strengths
• use cleaning chemicals according to OSHA regulations
• assist with resident meal assembly, table service, food preparation, and dining-area cleaning as assigned.
