What you'll do
- Serve as the on-call first responder for student crises during scheduled residence-hall shifts
- provide trauma-informed de-escalation, assess risk, follow safety protocols, and offer short-term emotional support. Coordinate with Residence Life, Campus Safety, emergency services, and community mental health providers
- connect students with campus and community resources
- help develop safety plans
- and maintain confidential records and incident reports. The schedule is every other weekend, Friday through Sunday, 4 p.m.–12 a.m., totaling 36 hours per weekend.

Why this role
