The Concrete Construction Laborer role is onsite in Coplay, PA, with regional field operations and a Monday–Friday schedule. Pay is $22–$36 per hour based on experience. Baseline Contracting Inc. builds heavy highway and civil infrastructure projects, including bridges, wastewater treatment plants, retaining walls, and architectural structures. The laborer supports concrete placement and structural construction through site preparation, formwork, reinforcement, material placement, curing, equipment operation, and site safety. The work contributes to the construction of infrastructure projects and offers a path to develop concrete trade skills.

What you'll do

• Prepare excavation and subgrades
• assist with assembling and securing forms
• place and tie rebar and wire mesh
• support concrete placement, spreading, vibration, and screeding
• apply curing compounds and assist with finishing
• operate concrete saws, vibrators, compactors, and material-handling equipment
• maintain safe and clean job sites
• assist with material transport across regional sites.
