What you'll do

• Assist the Center Director with daily operations
• lead, supervise, coach, and support staff
• assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and staff development
• support classroom quality and curriculum implementation
• help maintain child supervision and staff-to-child ratios
• support Virginia licensing compliance, safety procedures, records, and inspections
• and assist with enrollment, tuition collection, supplies, and family engagement.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and equivalent experience may be considered. At least two years of relevant child-care or early-childhood experience is required. CPR, First Aid, Virginia Pre-Service Training, and MAT Training are required within 30 days of hire, as applicable.
