Demolition Project Manager

What you'll do

• Plan and manage demolition project phases, including scheduling, budgeting, safety compliance, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
• conduct site assessments
• coordinate with engineers, environmental consultants, and regulatory agencies
• manage permits and documentation
• lead field operations
• ensure OSHA, EPA, and company safety compliance
• track progress and budgets
• report to management and clients
• mitigate risks
• manage client relationships
• coordinate waste disposal and recycling
• review and negotiate subcontractor and vendor contracts
• complete project closeout and inspections.
