What you'll do

• Follow patient privacy requirements, including HIPAA and 42 CFR. Answer calls and retrieve messages professionally
• use translation services when needed. Schedule appointments, register patients accurately, promote and troubleshoot the patient portal, conduct follow-up outreach, process payments through a third-party system, and complete assigned projects supporting administrative and clinical staff.
