What you'll do

• Design plumbing and fire protection systems for new and renovated buildings
• design water, sanitary, storm, diesel and natural gas distribution, medical gas, and specialty laboratory gas systems
• review submittals and shop drawings
• respond to RFIs
• conduct site observations, punch, and closeout
• supervise junior staff design efforts
• coordinate with project managers and other disciplines
• verify existing systems and clearances
• develop work plans
• perform QA/QC.
