What you'll do
- Provide ABA program management in clinic and through telehealth
- conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations
- develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- supervise, train, and coach Registered Behavior Technicians
- support treatment fidelity
- collaborate with multidisciplinary providers
- facilitate parent training and help families access community resources.
