The Health and Wellness Management Career Accelerator is an onsite, full-time role in Greenwood, SC, paying $15–$17 per hour. Stretch Zone’s 12-month program develops practitioners toward management and lead practitioner opportunities. The role combines practitioner-assisted stretching with client relationship development and studio operations. It contributes to client wellness and prepares participants for future leadership through certification, quarterly training, and operational experience.

What you'll do

• Learn and apply Stretch Zone protocols to help clients reduce pain and improve athletic performance
• build and maintain client relationships
• assist with daily studio operations
• participate in quarterly leadership training
• mentor newer staff and support studio culture.
