The Quality Assurance and Safety Coordinator role is hybrid in Phoenix, Arizona, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Pay is $51,000–$65,000 per year. The coordinator supports Clin-Path Diagnostics’ quality assurance, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and laboratory safety programs. The role helps maintain quality systems and monitor laboratory processes so the organization can meet regulatory and company requirements. It supports reporting, proficiency testing, safety inspections, policy review, and preparation for CAP inspections while coordinating with laboratory leadership and management teams.

What you'll do

• Assist with maintaining Quality Management Systems
• compile monthly QA reports and collect pathologist QA data
• maintain the daily pathologist QA system
• coordinate continuing education, PIP programs, and proficiency testing
• perform weekly and monthly safety and waste inspections
• assist with laboratory quality monitoring, regulatory requirements, and CAP inspection preparation
• support report design and analysis
• review and update quality and safety policies
• distribute proficiency testing reports and monitor performance
• assist with annual quality plan reviews and error-reduction efforts
• maintain HIPAA knowledge.
