What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop Enrollment Coaches
• set expectations for outreach, documentation, pipeline management, compliance, and performance
• conduct one-on-ones, call coaching, quality reviews, and performance check-ins
• monitor pipeline health and enrollment processes
• review activity, lead management, data accuracy, call performance, and follow-up
• support accurate use of Salesforce, telephony, and reporting tools
• support onboarding and training
• forecast enrollment activity and assess progress toward goals
• analyze performance and create action plans
• document coaching and escalate operational bottlenecks.
