What you'll do

• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• request and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• identify project risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving solutions
• coordinate with operations and project management
• prepare bid summaries and tender submissions
• maintain estimating records and cost databases
• support project handovers after award.
