Behavioral Health Specialist II (TBS)

The Behavioral Health Specialist II (TBS) role is onsite in Sacramento, California, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation is $24–$27 per hour. The role provides community-based psychosocial, rehabilitation, and recovery-oriented services for adults through Turning Point Community Programs. The specialist advocates for clients, supports individual service plans, and helps clients access treatment and community resources. The role contributes to recovery and community living through case management, coaching, counseling, documentation, and coordination with clients’ support networks.

What you'll do

• Advocate for clients and help them access services
• support individual service plans
• maintain records and documentation
• meet clients at program sites and in the community
• coach social skills, money management, hygiene, and job readiness
• assist with benefits and financial management
• provide on-the-spot counseling
• drive for program business, including outreach, home visits, appointments, and meetings.
