What you'll do

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients
• develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans
• administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments
• monitor hemodynamic status, vital signs, and laboratory results
• respond to changes and emergencies
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• document care
• educate patients and families
• float to other ICUs and Emergency Departments for hold coverage as required.
