Housing Navigator

The Housing Navigator role is onsite in Sioux Falls, SD. Compensation is not specified. The navigator helps survivors identify and secure safe, stable housing and supports them through the transition. By developing individualized plans and coordinating with community partners and case managers, the role contributes to integrated services and survivor stability.

What you'll do

• Assess housing needs of survivors of trafficking or exploitation
• develop and implement individualized housing plans
• coordinate with community partners to identify and secure safe housing
• provide ongoing support and advocacy during housing transitions
• collaborate with case managers and team members
• maintain accurate housing-service documentation
• participate in training and professional development.
