What you'll do

• Plan and lead worship experiences
• lead rehearsals, weekend services, and assigned ministry events
• collaborate with Creative, Production, Communications, and Teaching teams
• build worship sets, service flows, and rehearsal plans in Planning Center
• recruit, train, schedule, and develop volunteers
• coach worship leaders, musicians, vocalists, and technicians
• provide pastoral care and leadership development
• lead Student Ministry worship as assigned
• maintain Planning Center schedules and resources
• steward equipment and assist with special events.
