Store Supervisor

Job overview

Compensation is $2 per hour. The Store Supervisor role is an onsite position located in ROANOKE, VA. , though an additional $1.50/hr is provided for overnight shifts between 10pm and 6am. This role supports the store team at Sheetz, Inc. by fostering a positive, high-energy environment. This role exists to lead by example, ensuring that store team members maintain high standards of hospitality and operational efficiency. The supervisor is responsible for mentoring staff, managing product merchandising, and ensuring that customer service expectations are met consistently.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers with top-tier service
• prepare quality food and beverages to specification
• mentor and coach team members
• manage in-store product ordering, merchandising, and rotation
• maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
