• monitor lease obligations and deadlines
• maintain land systems and data controls
• lead system upgrades and process improvements
• support acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
• ensure compliance and audit-ready documentation
• coordinate cross-functional responses to inquiries and disputes.
