What you'll do

• Develop and maintain relationships with assisted and independent living communities, senior centers, rehabilitation facilities, hospitals, discharge planners, physicians, medical practices, social workers, case managers, community organizations, and religious institutions
• conduct in-person marketing visits and presentations
• attend networking events, health fairs, and community events
• generate qualified private-pay client referrals
• track outreach activities and referral sources
• collaborate with agency leadership on growth strategies
• represent the agency professionally.
