What you'll do

• Greet customers and identify their needs
• explain kitchen and bath products and the design process
• assist walk-in and phone customers and schedule appointments
• use product knowledge to support sales
• maintain clean, working displays and current pricing and product binders
• provide hospitality during visits
• prepare specification packages and confirm feasibility with the construction team
• share customer buying trends internally.
