This role focuses on providing tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on the unique needs and circumstances of each client, fostering a path to healing and resilience.

What you'll do

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans.
• Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.
• Engage in collaborative care with our team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists.

What we're looking for

Master's degree

Experience

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
