Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager works onsite in Glendale, CA, for $26.00–$28.00 per hour. The role supports daily operations at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and helps create guest experiences centered on coffee, tea, and service. Working with the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager coaches and trains the team, supports sales and service performance, tracks sales, and helps manage store operations and growth while building connections with the local community.
