Inside Sales Representative – Luxury Aesthetics

The Inside Sales Representative works onsite in Garland, TX, on a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Central Time. Pay is $12 per hour plus 50% commission on booking deposits collected. The role supports a boutique luxury aesthetics practice focused on client care and natural-looking results. The representative responds to leads, conducts screening calls, and guides qualified prospective clients toward appointments, helping the practice maintain client engagement and booking activity.

What you'll do

• Make 50–100 outbound calls daily
• respond to incoming inquiries and call new leads within three minutes when available during business hours
• conduct screening calls and answer questions
• address concerns and guide qualified clients toward booking
• collect booking deposits
• confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments by phone, text, and email
• re-engage inactive clients
• maintain accurate EHR notes and follow-up tasks
• collaborate on booking strategies and client experience.
