What you'll do

• Assess residents’ health, educational, and environmental needs
• document assessments
• develop and revise interdisciplinary care plans
• identify nursing interventions and orders
• administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids
• monitor residents and report changes to physicians using SBARR
• assist with call lights and activities of daily living
• use the QAPI process to address problems
• maintain current nursing practices.
