What you'll do

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guest tables rapidly and accurately
• check plating and garnishes and alert chefs to issues
• assist with bussing tables and clearing plates
• maintain clean tables during dinner service
• change plates and silverware between courses
• communicate orders and priorities, including food allergies, to chefs
• explain menu items to guests and answer questions.
