The Line Cook role is onsite in Suttons Bay, MI, with pay of $16–$18 per hour. The food and beverage team at Leelanau Sands Casino & Lodge supports Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos’ mission of economic stability for the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians. The cook prepares menu items and specials to established specifications and presentation standards. The role also maintains clean, organized work areas and follows recipes to support consistent food quality and service across designated outlets.

What you'll do

• Plan, prep, set up, and cook menu items and specials
• provide food service in designated outlets according to standards, plating specifications, and presentation guidelines
• maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment
• read and follow menus and recipes
• perform basic mathematical calculations.
