What you'll do

• Conduct individualized fitness and functional movement assessments
• design and deliver restorative programming, including strength, balance, fall-prevention, chair yoga, and therapeutic movement activities
• lead individual sessions and group classes
• collaborate with nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and restorative aides
• educate residents, families, and staff
• track resident progress and participation
• contribute ideas to the wellness program.
