What you'll do

• Lead site and civil engineering projects
• prepare and review plans, reports, calculations, and specifications

• coordinate with planning, environmental, transportation, and surveying teams
• mentor junior staff
• serve as primary client liaison
• identify project risks and practical solutions
• ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
