The LPN provides direct nursing care and helps ensure residents receive safe, coordinated care. The role administers prescribed medications and treatments, monitors residents, contributes to care planning, provides nursing interventions, and supports Certified Nurse Assistants.

What you'll do

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• monitor and record vital signs and medical information
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care plans
• provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• supervise and support CNAs
• and follow regulatory standards and protocols.
