Other duties as assigned. Fosters a positive, active and collaborative relationship with residents, communities and associated agencies and other internal departments. Process income certifications/re-certifications for multiple affordable housing programs and update Yardi database. Responsible for training new Property Management staff regarding compliance related policy and procedure.
