The Substitute Teacher, Small Classrooms role is an onsite, part-time position in Helena, MT, working on campus in a privately accredited school serving children in the therapeutic treatment home, grades K–8. Pay is $22.50 per hour. Intermountain supports the mental and behavioral health of children and families through a relationship-based approach to healing and care. The substitute teacher provides group and individualized instruction, implements lessons and hands-on activities, follows classroom routines, and assesses learning needs. What you'll do

  • Implement group and individualized instruction in compliance with agency, state, and federal guidelines
  • deliver lessons and hands-on activities using varied materials and resources

  • administer and evaluate assessments to identify learning needs and improve instruction.
