What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients and cook, plate, and portion food according to brand specifications and time limits. Check food and appliance temperatures, maintain logs, set up and clean the station, follow FIFO storage practices, and maintain kitchen sanitation and safety. Communicate product, equipment, quality, and service issues
• assist guests and crew as needed.
